Friendly and professional staff. Hotel room was very clean. Unfortunately the street noise was quite loud and caused a few sleepless nights. Otherwise, a great stay!

My daughter and I really enjoyed our stay in NYC and at the Hilton Club on W. 57th. It was in a great location for us, just south of Central Park. Subway stop on the corner at 6th. Easy to Rockefeller and Times Square. Nice place. Will consider staying there in the future.

The room was spacious and exceedingly clean. The highlight for us was the staff; every member of the team was welcoming, helpful, and gracious. And the location couldn’t be more convenient! Would definitely stay there again.

10/10 Exceptional

The people at the front desk were exceptional. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, everything you would want or expect from a quality hotel. The room was spacious for a NYC hotel room, with 2 large screen TV's, a couch, mini-fridge, a king bed and a well-appointed bathroom. The location on 57th Street near Carnegie Hall was perfect for us. The view from the 24th floor was spectacular, with ceiling to floor window with an expansive view of Central Park. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a hotel in Mid-Town Manhattan.

Great location! While the room was spacious and clean, the pillows were far too soft for me, and there was an annoying nightlight that I couldn’t turn off!

We actually hated this hotel upon arrival because the lobby is boring and looks like you're checking in at a quick care however each day we liked the actual room more and more. It had no view and we were on a low floor but the room itself was really spacious for Manhattan and quite updated. The cleaning staff is excellent, we always came back to a clean room and fresh towels. We don't spend much time in the hotel, we basically just sleep and shower there. The location couldn't be more perfect.
