We loved this place so much, it has amzimg view the staff was excellent from the hotel loby to the rooftop bar to all restaurants their customer service was 1000% everyday day. The hotel was very clean and they made our 10 years anniversary enjoyable.

Deserves 10 stars! The hotel is exquisite! The breakfast was incredible. The staff is pleasant and very helpful! If you’re coming to Dubai this is the only place you should stay.

The accommodations and amenities are exceptional, featuring breathtaking decor and views. The elegant decor created a welcoming atmosphere from the moment I arrived. The staff were incredibly attentive and always happy to assist with any request. My room was spacious and comfortable with a breathtaking view. The on-site dining experience was exceptional, offering a delicious and varied menu. I highly recommend this hotel for a truly memorable stay.

The hotel, the rooms and the atmosphere is amazing and luxurious, but the service is disappointing. I excepted the service more attentive, they were very slow and did not meet the standard of a 5 star hotel.
