The room was excellent, very comfy bed, all the modern luxuries including remote operated doors and curtains. Very clean too. The spa area was nice although the jacuzzi was very small.

The staff were always super helpful and considerate! I have a toddler and they were so sweet to her! Everything was always clean and SUPER well located. It was awesome to have a little bar and restaurant nearby, ESPECIALLY with our toddler. Loved having coffee nearby. Every person working there was sincerely so kind.

Best hotel we’ve stayed at in 3 countries on this trip. The staff is amazing. Rooms are super high tech & comfortable. The spa was a great added bonus after a lot of walking.

Me and Mum had a fantastic time! Especially thank you for the lovely birthday card and sweet treats for her birthday, she really enjoyed that touch. The beds were comfortable and high up compared to a normal bed, everything in the room was great! The spa was amazing, although you may need an attendant or someone to check the CCTV as there was a young couple vaping in there. Breakfast was phenomenal and the staff were really attentive and handled everything with grace. Everything was perfect and the goodbye by the check-in desk team felt very special, I took the water back to London : )

The Chancery is an excellent hotel. It enjoys a quiet location while still being close to the city centre. The breakfast is great, with both continental and full Irish options. The bar is well managed, the bartenders are friendly and professional, and the drinks menu has something for everyone. We didn't have a chance to eat at the restaurant, but based on the rest of our experience, I'm sure it's just as good. The spa is small but features a jacuzzi, a steam sauna, and a regular sauna. Perfect for a quick relax and energy charge. The gym is also pretty well equipped.

Amazing hotel. It was clean, restaurant and bar was great. All the Staff were so helpful and friendly. The hotel was on a quieter area but within a walking distance to the busy Temple Bar areas and shopping. We would definitely stay there again. We sat at the bar chatting with the bartender Artem (great young man).
