Nicely appointed hotel in central Kutaisi. Modest and nice quality breakfast layout, did not feel too busy or touristy. Old style decor but still great condition and adds to charm. Room was alittle small, not much space for luggage to lay out, but works fine and we were only on an overnight. Toiletries supplied, but alittle inadequate.

Staff was amazing and super accommodating. This is THE best place in Kuataisi and I would love to stay here agin. Great location, clean and beautiful rooms, great staff, very friendly. Breakfast was delicious and they even gave us a little present for me and my wife's honeymoon. 10/10 would recommend.

Very nice location in the city. Near the police station. Limited parking but we didn't have any issues. Nice location to walk in the city. Restaurant had great food. Even though the hotel is in the middle of town we didn't notice any issues with noise.

Really nice hotel with great service and fantastic location. They do have a few drawbacks: 1. Dogs bark at night so that you wake up, it's several times during the night, I guess it doesn't matter which room you're in. 2. The cobblestones on the roads in front of the hotel means, that it can get noisy from passing cars and lorrys. Please note that I'm usually sleeping very well, so I'm in no way a sensitive type...

A brilliant stay. My luggage wasn't put on the plane due to an issue at Heathrow and the staff told me where I could buy clothes in Kutaisi (not many options), let me do some laundry and WhatsApped me when the airport contacted them about my luggage.

O am extremely disappointed with this hotel for the following facts: room is noisy, only one table bed and not 2(see photos), when you close your door it is so hard that everybody can hear doors in corridor. The with is this hotel has focussed his strategies welcome groups and me as an individual client you cannot enjoy the breakfast as all tables were taken and I had to go to the bar with a little table to eat. If you want an expresso you need to pay during breakfast ??!!! They claim a 4 star hotel but this is a maximum 3 star. The roof top could me nice but they just put sic plastic chairs. Too bad. I do it recommend this hotel and I wonder why they have got a nice 9.1 review on booking. It s a mistery for me. I will rate maximum 5 having in mind I paid 100€ with breakfast. This is way too expensive.
