Hotel rooms need refurbished
Hotels looks nice from outside but needs remodeled. The rooms are tired. Carpets are old and look dirty. Bathrooms need a redone.

ask for new rooms...
Receptionists will never say hello to you again after check-in. which I regret. I did not realise was selling the old rooms. at check-in, I asked for refurbished room and they requested me 30 usd more per night. instead, they downgraded me to smaller room and paid no extra. I was a returning customer and very disappointed with customer service. Will probably prefer other brand on my next trip. old rooms are very sad looking despite the pictures.
