Hotel nice and in good location, although it can be noisy outside as there is a square with plenty restaurants, it didnt affect my sleep. I had room overlooking the square which was nice atmosphere without being amongst it (especially as a solo traveller)

Comfortable central hotel

Comfortable hotel right in the centre of Brussels. Easy walk to Grand Place and Metro. Lots of shops and restaurants around. Great for a weekend break. We had a suite for 3. Sofabed for 3rd traveller which was low down but ok.

This property is very clean and the family room we rented was very spacious. We had room to spread out and feel comfortable. The hotel is very, very close to the train station which is very convenient, especially when we had a very early morning train to catch. I thought the price was reasonable too. I highly recommend.

The best part about this hotel is its location -- it's fantastic! Right in the middle of everything. My room was a little chilly and I was not able to get it warmer. Perhaps they had turned off the heat for the summer. But I would definitely book this place again.

Good location near central train station and Grand Place (tourist area) but very expensive for average hotel room. Not sure why it is 4 star. Breakfast is not very good and there are many places to eat just steps away. Often music and crowds right outside so can be a bit noisy if you like open window.

The hotel is amazing! You can walk to everything from there! 2:30am - fountain across the hotel - my fiends and I found ourselves drinking beer and eating chips enjoying the night and people were so friendly! We opted for a top floor suite and the views were AMAZING!! If you are not sure about the staying here...just do it! You will love how safe the area is and all that is around you!

It was fine. Sheets were scratchy, bed was ok. Room was drafty in january. Maybe just because of single pane windows. But it was clean and the location excellent.

Service and room perfect,best breakfast with silent atmosphere .House Located near Tourist Points and Central Station. The Doors of the Rooms should be changed, locking too loud and not tight. After reclaming my Bath Drain, the water couldnt float out of tube, the system was not repaired next week.

After informing her of my itinerary where I had no chance of having breakfast except for once, she accepted it . However the charge for 2 breakfast x14.90 still went ahead. Please confirm the refund for euro 14.90.

Chambre suite junior, un rien déçu par le confort du lit pour ce genre de prestation à 263 euros (trop dur sans surmatelas). Chambre peu ou pas insonorisée (les bruits de la rue ont résonné toute la nuit), les lumières de la rue également - les rideaux étaient peu efficaces. Le petit déjeuner était bon mais je trouvais un peu léger pour ce genre d'hôtel 4 étoiles sur la Grand Place de Bruxelles. Grosse déception.

En el centro y cerca a ala estacion central.

Tuvimos problemas con la habitacion el aire acondicionado no funcionaba y habia un olor no agradable en la habitacion. Carolina nos atendio muy amablemente y nos dio solucion al problema. Desayuno muy bueno con mychas opciones. Puedes ingresar a picos pasos a la estacion de trenes. Volveriamos a este hotel.

Due to only the view point for Japanese, the followings are only Japanese. 日本人の方へのご参考として日本語で投稿させて頂きます。 1回＋1部屋にしか宿泊していませんが １．一番良かったのはバスタブがあって＋お湯が熱かったこと。通常ぬるいお湯しか出ないので一番高い温度でお湯を出したて、足を入れたら熱くて飛び上がりました。これは欧州のホテルで初めての経験でした。湯船につかりたい方にはお勧めします。 ２．朝食はあまり変わり映えしません。但し甘いパンの様なものはおいしかったと当方は感じました。 ３．初めてですと場所はイマイチわかりにくいです。中央駅の正面にあるヒルトンホテルの向かって左側の通路を抜けて、坂を下りながら右側にNovotelがあります。そこを進むと広場があって、その広場に面しています。但し注意深く見ないとわかりにくいです。 ４．設備は古めで、掃除もイマイチでしたが、目くじらを立てるほどではありません。何とかなります。 ５．部屋にコーヒーメーカーがありました。 ６。前日23時59分（そこまで厳密ではないかと思いますが）までに「部屋の掃除不要」というサインをドアノブにかけておくと、ビール（小）等が夕食時にホテルのレストランでタダになるクーポンをもらえます。但し、レストラン自体が外部の方が入ってくるような感じがしなかったので、使っていません＝夕食時の様子は不明。
