Beautiful boutique hotel (like museum)! Great location near main plaza & restaurants; great service, free breakfast. No a/c but no problem in cool weather, open window. TVs not available but not needed in beautiful city

The location for this property is unbeatable. There was some noise from the street at night, but that was totally beat by being able to step out of the hotel and right into the center of activity. The hotel is such a delightful fusion of Moroccan and European styles, and we loved finding all the decor treasures throughout our stay. The staff was incredibly attentive and made our stay so lovely.

Would highly recommend. Not your run of the mill hotel. Quirky and different made for a refreshing change on our trip.. Bathrooms extremely clean which was our most important criterion. Also very quiet. Hotel staff aim to please. Very kind and friendly. Excellent location for transportation, shopping and sightseeing.

We will come back

The hotel is very well located, the staff is very friendly, they handle many languages. The breakfast is nice. The rooms are clean, quiet, the hotel has many details to see, is like a museum of art. We will come back if visit the city.

4/10 Fair

This hotel is very interesting. The room was a mash up of random furniture. Tv didn’t work. Beds were rock hard. Felt yucky.

A good place to stay

Excellent location, close to Grand Place and lots of restaurants. Simple breakfast of crusty bread, cheese and croissant with jam. Staff very friendly. Room a little tired but perfectly fine for the price.

Quirky Hotel in a Great Location

The hotel was very interesting and quirky. The room we stayed in was clean. The owner of the hotel was very friendly and helpful, and the staff were pleasant. The lift was probably the smallest one we had ever seen and we had to go in seperately when carrying our bags, but it just added to the charm of the hotel. There were times we took the stairs, just to see new things throughout the building. The location of the hotel was great and there were plenty of options for food nearby. It was a fun experience and we would go back for a longer stay.

Great location

Quirky hotel in a perfect location. Friendly and attentive staff. Basic room, but clean and safe with a nice, hot shower. Breakfast was fine (tea/coffee, orange juice, croissant, baguette, jam and cheese). Would happily stay again.
Duncan, 2-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Eclectic. WOW. Utterly charming City Centre gem.

On arrival we were greeted by Benjamin - the owner/boss, the self-styled Direction Generale - who is full of witty repartee and warmth and good humour, and as we were to find out, spoken in many languages too. Hotel Mozart is like Marmite. It isn't for everybody. We loved it and so did our friends who had come over from Cologne to see us. They know where they will be staying next time they are in Brussels. The real attraction, aside from very friendly and helpful staff, is that Hotel Mozart is only steps from The Grand Place. What a bonus! I just didn't appreciate how close until we arrived! Hotel Mozart is styled throughout very much on a Moroccan theme which is buzzing with chintz, artwork, frou frou drapes etc etc and has to be seen to be believed! Every wall, floor and ceiling is covered in tiles of different colours and designs and that's just a fraction of the charm! The continental breakfast every morning was delicious. We loved the croissants and jam and seeded bread with cheese. Tea and coffee aplenty too. We had time on our last morning to sightsee some more of Brussels and a last minute trip to buy yet more Belgian chocolate. Hotel Mozart were more than happy to keep our luggage for us until we were ready. When it was time for us to get our train Ben went to get a taxi for us. Absolutely nothing is too much trouble for Ben. Wonderful! Thank you. We will be back and will tell all our family and friends that Hotel Mozart is a must stay when visiting Brussels.

Interesting place but I would not stay again. Lino flooring, no hot water for 1 day. This was not communicated and I had a business meeting. Breakfast limited but staff attentive.
