The place is surrounded by Mother Nature. You are about 20 minutes away from Mazamitla, but the peaceful and relaxing atmosphere makes this place unique. If you want to relax and spend quality time with family and friends this is a great place to stay. Facilities are nicely kept and staff Hugo is great. He is attentive to all your needs and is always very polite. I definitely would love to come back.

The room is too cold and wasn’t enough warm bedding the wall is thin no isolation what so ever the noise from the neighbors room is loud and clear there was no hot water at the late night (around 11pm) so we didn’t shower anyway I had a really bad sleep cuz it wasn’t warm enough in my bed

El lugar es muy lindo, están muy bien cuidados todos los detalles, sin embargo el señor que atiende en la recepción y cocina no es nada atento ni servicial, sería el lugar perfecto de no ser por eso. Lo recomendaría si no ocupan nada adicional a la cabaña y la alberca.

El servicio excelente, muy atento Hugo. La cocina rica. El desayuno estuvo incluido y estuvo muy completo y delicioso. La cabaña súper cómoda, funcional y con todo lo necesario. Todo es de madera. El área común cuenta con amenidades que no usamos porque preferimos relajarnos y descansar. Sitio recomendable, gracias Hugo por todas tus atenciones.

La entrada de la carrera hacia la propiedad se debe de conducir con cuidado ya que es terracería y por la lluvia hay bastantes hoyos. El hotel es acogedor, la vista hermosa del bosque y la alberca está climatizada y trato amable del personal.
