just an overnight stay- arrived late evening. Staff were so welcoming. Room was immaculate - beautiful layered style - ( reminded me a little of Kit Kemp hotels) It had an incredibly comfortable bed - lovely feather pillows, an amazing roll top bath and it was quiet My only comment was that it was a little warm - but I didnt have time to investigate how to alter this - and I still slept well . The lounge looked comfortable and inviting- with plenty of reading material - so would be lovely if you had more time!

8/10 Very good

Lovely room and reasonable price in lovely area. Bed was comfy but pillows were extremely soft. Breakfast was nice but, probably because we went at a busy time, we were unsure how it worked i.e. we got our own drinks but then it seemed like we were supposed to ask. We assumed we were just to help ourselves to pastries but again, no guidance. However, everything was tasty.
