The owner and front desk male reception was friendly. The food was good. They had a variety of foods to choose from. The location of the hotel is great. Right in front of the La Spezia train station on the other side of the wall were the train station parking lot is located. The room was outdated and the bed was a little hard but overall the place was decent.

Everything was clean and breakfast was average. WiFi only works in the lobby. This hotel is directly across from the train station and was reasonably priced.

Great location to the train station.
Our stay was great. I read some so so reviews before booking. Our room was OK, one of the other couples we met when we checked in were having problems with their sink draining and AC. You cannot beat the location to the train station. Decent restaurants are close by. Staff was OK, breakfast was just OK, nothing special European breakfast.
