The hotell has a fantastic location with marvelous view. Even if the hotel holds a private beach, the sunbeds are charged per day for the guests. The hotell is missing an atmosphere for great service and relaxation. Lack of passion for the guests wellbeing. Strict rules for bathrobe usage in the hotel pan not permitted in the outdoor area was clearly informed by the staff. Not a weary pleasant experience. Would recommend other hotels than this.

Our stay at Hotel Continental was absolutely outstanding. We were fortunate to stay on the third floor with an incredible large balcony with a beautiful view. The hotel is beautiful. The grounds, the pool, the cleanliness and the customer service is exemplary. I cannot say enough how amazing this hotel is. Will definitely be back on my next trip to the Italian Riviera

The Hotel Continental was truly an amazing place to stay. Upon arrival, the friendly valet took our rental car off our hands. Stefano at the check-in desk made us feel welcomed and helped us with our Genoa and Portifino trip planning, along with local information and helpful suggestions. The hotel is very close to the train station and ferry so its ideal to not have a car (or just leave it parked at the hotel). Our room was spacious and comfortable. We opted to stay in a room facing the town and it was fine but a bit loud with the motorcycles and trucks in the morning. Next time we will opt for a room facing the water. The dining options were very nice and we enjoyed the breakfast buffet and had an amazing dinner. The bar also had a nice selection and we enjoyed cocktails overlooking the beautiful town and waterfront at sunset. The ladies enjoyed the on-site spa too. Overall, we really appreciate the hotel and the superb staff that made our stay special. We look forward to our next visit!

The Hotel Continental was a lovely place to stay. The rooms were comfortable with a large patio facing the water. Breakfast was delicious with lots of options. My friend and I ate at the bar that evening and the food was tasty. The Hotel Continental was well-located for walks into town, as well as to Portofino and Rapallo. Finally, the staff were delightful - friendly and helpful. Sadly, we did not have time to use the brand new spa. Next time! I highly recommend the Hotel Continental.

The property was well-maintained, peaceful, and had all the amenities needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. While it was a quieter time of year, I actually appreciated the tranquility and had a great experience exploring the area without the usual crowds. The staff was incredibly accommodating, ensuring everything was perfect from check-in to check-out. If you’re looking for a serene retreat, this place is a hidden gem no matter the season. I highly recommend it and would love to return!
