Would stay here again

This is not your typical hotel, but don’t let that scare you away. Overall, you get more of a hostel than a hotel feeling. The front desk is staffed 24/7 and the staff is very friendly. Perfect water pressure for your shower. Breakfast offers a nice spread of German favorites, so you will not leave hungry. Doors don’t self lock and there is only a single physical key issued to guests, which can be a balancing act for groups. The staff speaks limited English. The hotel is not handicap accessible, so if you need accommodations, you won’t even make it to the reception.

Very good location, in front of the train station and in very good neighborhood. The hotel is placed in an old beautiful building and there is no elevator and a long staircase to get to the reception and rooms. The breakfasts is good.

Room was clean, but the 4est of the hotel was run down. The key to open the hallway door to the rooms is difficult to use. No response to an email question prior to my stay. Overpriced for condition of hotel. NO PARKING AVAILABLE NEAR HOTEL. Had to park several blocks away on crowded streets.

The hotel is very close to the public transport which make it easy to travel around and see Berlin. Also breakfast was good with nice hours starting from 07:00. You don't get a key from the outside door but there is 24 hours reception so you can with confident go for a drink and always can come back when you want.

the room was clean, and breakfast was good. staff were kind and helpful. I had a room with private toilet and the only problem was that the smell was there always, no matter how you used the toilet, the smell was all over the room.

The property is directly across the road from S-Bahn Charlottenburg, so it's easily accessible from the airport and from elsewhere in Berlin. The district has a wealth of dining and nightlife options, as well as very nice parks. The hotel itself was perfect for us, room was clean and tidy, beds were comfortable, I appreciated the towels and soap that were provided as well! Perfect for couples, or individuals travelling who want to be fairly close to Mitte but at a more affordable rate. Overall, I was very pleased, and I would stay here again if I needed to be in the area.

Property was conveniently located by trains and buses which is good. Breakfast was ok but the food and a decent variety. The hallways were a bit noisy on some nights but mostly quiet. The hotel is basic and in need of renovating. Price is too much for what you get in return.

The breakfast buffet is super. We were really surprised. The room was basic but clean and cozy. We were really lucky as we had a balcony with our room. The hotel is perfectly situated exactly across the street from Charlottenburg Train Station for Deutsche Bahn and the S-Bahn and a very short walk to the Wilmersdorfer Strasse U-Bahn. Also, there are many, many, many shops and restaurants nearby.

The location was great. Directly across the street from the S Bahn station. The room itself was clean. The area is a bit noisy with traffic, the trains going by and the people at the restaurants below. Plenty of dining options. The staff were rude. Stay in Charlottenburg

Very good location in Charlottenburg/Wilmersdorf area. Just one minute walking from S-Bahn station "Charlottemburg", thus, very well connected with airport and Mitte by way of S-bahn and in walking distance with Sauvigny platz, Kantstrasse, Charlottenburg castle, etc. The room was small with old style furniture but clean. Small bathroom. Adequate breakfast in clean and comfortable room. No elevator (the reception is on the 2nd floor).

Hotel is very close to public transport. So the connection to the s City railway S Bahn is well located.Very bad noise isolation in the room. So you could hear in the room if someone walked past in the hallway. Also the isolation of the walls is very bad you can hear noises from the rooms next door. You can also hear the neighbors showering in their rooms.

Nice location - easy transport but but but

The place was easy to find with close distance to Charlottenburg Station which really counted this place up. The place was at a really not kid friendly area with dutchy types outside smoking weed, dirty etc etc Check-in was easy but the room was so bad… Shower leaked water and regulation of shower same. Hair many places in the room, some liquid (stick) on the floor from previous guests… stains on the bed (White stains so you know what)… Breakfast was the only Good thing - not so Big optimal breakfast but the two kind Ladies were Good and polite :-)

The cleaning lady was really rude and came and unlocked the door when you were sitting on the toilet in your room and spoke really rudely in German, no good treatment at this accommodation and it was impossible to talk to the staff they didn't want to listen when I tried to point this out, so I do not recommend staying here.
