The hotel is very close to the public transport which make it easy to travel around and see Berlin. Also breakfast was good with nice hours starting from 07:00. You don't get a key from the outside door but there is 24 hours reception so you can with confident go for a drink and always can come back when you want.

Overall

Very good location, in front of the train station and in very good neighborhood. The hotel is placed in an old beautiful building and there is no elevator and a long staircase to get to the reception and rooms. The breakfasts is good.

Would stay here again

This is not your typical hotel, but don’t let that scare you away. Overall, you get more of a hostel than a hotel feeling. The front desk is staffed 24/7 and the staff is very friendly. Perfect water pressure for your shower. Breakfast offers a nice spread of German favorites, so you will not leave hungry. Doors don’t self lock and there is only a single physical key issued to guests, which can be a balancing act for groups. The staff speaks limited English. The hotel is not handicap accessible, so if you need accommodations, you won’t even make it to the reception.

The property is directly across the road from S-Bahn Charlottenburg, so it's easily accessible from the airport and from elsewhere in Berlin. The district has a wealth of dining and nightlife options, as well as very nice parks. The hotel itself was perfect for us, room was clean and tidy, beds were comfortable, I appreciated the towels and soap that were provided as well! Perfect for couples, or individuals travelling who want to be fairly close to Mitte but at a more affordable rate. Overall, I was very pleased, and I would stay here again if I needed to be in the area.

Terrible, it smelled like dead bodies and smelly feet. The personnel was annoyed by anything they had to do or ask. There was loud noise till 04:00 at night. The pillows were even worse than the bed. The room looked like it was last renovated in 1800. Worst hotel experience ever!

Forholdsvis god tur, til små penge og få dage

Hotellet var godt, hvis det kun var til få dage. Mærkeligt indrettet, vi havde bedt om at få en dobbeltseng og en enkeltseng, vi fik 3 enkeltsenge i 2 rum. Ingen papirkurv på værelset og ingen sengelamper, jo det var der men de hang 2,5 meter over gulvet Man kunne ikke have vinduerne åbne pga trafikstøj og råben og skrigen udenfor. Ingen elevator, vi havde værelse på første sal men skulle tjekke ind på 2. sal og deroppe fik vi morgenmad, som i grunden var det bedste ved det hele. Tæt på charlottenburg at og Wilmersdorfer strasse U-bahn, så det var nemt at komme rundt.

it is literally across the rd from the metro station, which was great for me, as that was my way to travel the city. the hotel is old and the floors are so up and down I got sea sick walking to my room, but it added to the character and the traveling experience for me. If you are backpacking or just visiting to city for a short time this place is perfect

Room was clean, but the 4est of the hotel was run down. The key to open the hallway door to the rooms is difficult to use. No response to an email question prior to my stay. Overpriced for condition of hotel. NO PARKING AVAILABLE NEAR HOTEL. Had to park several blocks away on crowded streets.

wir waren zu einem Konzert in Berlin, Wer eine güntige unterkunft für ein oer zwei Nächte benötigt, ist es Okay. Da otel liegt direkt am Carlottenburger Bahnhor. Also die Anbindung optimal.Für einen netten rlaub in Berlin würde ich eine andere Unterkunft wählen. Man muss auch gut zu Fuß sein.Steile Treppe, Rezeption befinet sich in der zweiten Etage.

Gammelt slidt hotel. Men til prisen et fund. Ligger få meter fra flere S og U stationer, så du kan hurtigt komme hele byen rundt.

Hvad er dette?

Der var småt, ikke tænkt meget på hygiejnen, samt mærkelig ting bl.a. den detalje, af bruseren var placeret ved værelset lige ude foran vores seng? Sengen var hård, og tilbøjelig til at flytte sig. Der var minimalt rengøring, og meget ulækkert under senge og skabe. Støvet i hjørner, vi tjekkede ud en dag før, netop på grund af hygiejne, og vores datter med astma, der reagerede på indeklimaet som vidst hellere ikke, fungerede. Der lugtede af prut sagt pænt og mug Alt i alt, 2/10 ikke et sted vi kommer retur.
