6/10 Good

Not a bad hotel, just not the best choice given other options. This place could be a real stunner if they put some effort in...nice bar, the rooms are small, and parking is around the block

Don’t let a little poop scare you
The check-in process was very easy and the staff was friendly and helpful. But when we got to the room there was poop in the toilet. Other than that disgusting piece, the rest of the room was just fine and I would stay there again.

Parking was an issue for hotel.
Very close to walk the Quay Street area. We were pleased that staff accommodated us when we didn’t like the first room location. A bit noisy. Parking was the problem. They should tell you where to park in city parking lot before you get there. They do validate your ticket so is was discounted. You need to park before checking in.

Convenient location on a central square and next to train/intercity bus station. Helpful desk people. Condition of the property was poor and dark. Needs update and brightening. Only one guest elevator.

Not a nice place, but fine.
This hotel was a bit icky. An old, small room. Furniture , including the bed and bedding were old and showed their wear. Hallway was small and noise travelled easily. No parking on site and the closest (though validated) is a bit of a trek. The hotel is very near the train station and loud bars on the square. Breakfast was fine, but I wouldn't stay here again. For the price, I'd expect better quality. Staff was nice.
