This is not the newest hotel but the staff keeps the property and rooms very clean. The location is amazing and I highly recommend if you need an extended stay.

The pool and room were clean and properly provisioned, well laid out. Breakfast was of a very reasonable quality, and staff were really very kind. Some walls had obvious water damage in multiple areas, but overall upkeep was well-maintained.

Overall good place to stay. It looked like it was renovated little so looks clean. Location is somewhat convenient. The only small complaint I have is the staff you checked me in was not that friendly enough, in a tone way. Sounded like bad mood? But other thant that good.

Wonderful location in the galleria area of Houston, I had to get to areas in downtown and Memorial Park so this is equidistant and safe and trendy area. It really feels like you are living in a one-bedroom apartment so feels like home after a long day. Great customer service too, everyone was so friendly. I just deducted a point since the furniture is noticeably a bit worn (especially in the lobby area) and some areas could use a fresh coat of paint for a four-star hotel. For what you pay for to be in this nice location of town though perhaps that is the trade off.

Delicious hot breakfast! Free parking! The only thing that we didn’t like, was the noise from the AC unit; it needs to be updated! Don’t forget your earplugs!!!

The rooms are all large and come with a kitchen. Some of the decor is tired and the air con noisy. Breakfast is good and the property has parking.

We stayed one night for a world cup game and location was perfect. Close drive to stadium. Breakfast was great, your essentials for one night. Room was clean, a little noisy at night since our room had the AC unit in the main room. Overall great!
