The rooms were big and nice and clean. King bed! And really nice bathroom. The hotel itself is beautiful and the rooftop bar/restaurant is the best! The staff were so friendly and helpful. Maintenance was very quick and effective in fixing a small maintenance issue in our room.

The Junior Suite was beautiful and the location of this hotel was absolutely PERFECT for an easy walk to the Javitt's Center for NYC Comic Con. Also, close to many great restaurants. Very nice stay!

Overall, our stay was great. A few minor issues such as a running toilet and soaps in shower were out along with a few overhead lights were burnt out. Everything else was wonderful.

The hotel itself and room was amazing! The staff was always friendly and accommodating. Very nice, clean and up to date hotel. The restaurant that is in the hotel downstairs isn’t actually part of the hotel so it isn’t available for room service. We did attempt to go there but the menu was so small and honestly did not have something each of our family members would eat. My mother ate there once and had a burger. She said it was ok but nothing special. Also said it was overpriced. We chose to order out if at the hotel for meals instead. Overall, I 100% recommend staying here and I would stay here again. I loved the hotel itself and was very impressed with the ambiance, staff friendliness and cleanliness.
