Everything was nice. Parking price while staying is ridiculous. 62 for an over night is crazy. You pay to stay than you are price gouged on parking
It was in walking distance to the concert hall. The staff was friendly and professional.
Check in was smooth, but late check out was not offered even for a Hilton Diamond member.
Check in could have been a faster,it seemed as if they were short stuff.
Parking is terrible ($35) for a Night and it’s no space to park.yes in hotel parking garage!! And this fee is at cost even when you stay..the fee should be way cheaper if you are staying...
Wife and I couldn’t celebrate Valentine’s on the day of, so we decided to celebrate the next day. I booked a room with supposedly a “view” when we get to our room we’re so underwhelmed all we see is the roof of a building and the side of the other. Okay. We try to call down to the desk, 3 times, no one answers. Okay. I go down to the lobby to try and get it situated, the person in the front says, I can give you this other room with a better view, my wife and I go to it and what do we see? Two separate beds, mind the reservation was for a “king bed park view” on our Valentine’s Day. Okay. We go back down, at this point my wife is livid, because we have our dinner reservation that we’re about to miss for WASTING so much time. They give us another room, no view, king bed. We go to dinner and by the time we come back and go to our room we realize we had been given a room next to a whole class of what seemed to be elementary school kids, no less than 30, I can’t make that up. Pizza boxes all over the hallway, stinking the place up, terrible noise all through the night, as well as the day, we barely slept any. Bottom line, when I made a reservation with HILTON it was because I was paying for the comfort as well as the reputation. No one spends all that money for a room in a “luxury” hotel without having certain expectations. This was a terrible let down from Hilton, and don’t get me started with all the dust in their rooms. Just a bad and terrible experience. 👎👎👎👎👎!
everything was good exept we have to paid por parking thank yuo for ask
A lot of mishaps with our room reservations and many interruptions. Very loud and many disturbances. Indoor pool wasn’t properly supervised. Swimming pool experience was dangerously horrible. Security were nowhere in sight. Pool policy was negated. Will never come here again.
Beautiful hotel, great location. However, very disappointing stay. Check in took over 45 mins, line at the front desk was very long, staff slow and not very friendly. I purchased a room with breakfast included and didn’t even know how and where to get that breakfast until i called the front desk and they asked me to come to the front desk just so they can give some vouchers and I didn’t even get to it in time before it ended. Also, I tried ordering room service in the evening and was told that wait is over an hour, so I ended up ordering doordash. Further more, I was woken up before 9am the morning of check out by a housekeeper who was so persistent knocking on the door to see if the room is vacant already! I could keep going but it doesn’t matter at this point, all I know is, it’s definitely not worth the money, regardless of the location. Service made it that much not worth the price.
Took my family, not as impressed as other Hilton’s I’ve stayed at before. I’ve never had to wait 45 minutes to check in (room was reserved prior). Bathroom has hair in it, not sure what kind. Night time was very loud, there was loud music being played from somewhere near the hotel (have a one year old). Overall not very impressed with my stay. Not all staff but some where caring and smiling.
