Highly recommended downtown/Inner Harbor location.
Location was 4 walkable blocks to the Convention Center; 7-11 and several restaurants nearby. Little noisy, but you are in downtown. 3 blocks to Inner Harbor. $45/day valet parking with in-out privileges. The valets were very nice and car ready in a few mins. Breakfast was decent; roomy rooms with full kitchen. No ice machines, but they’ll bring you ice when you ask. (If you need downtown and/or close to Inner Harbor or Convention Center, then this is a very good option.

Mostly good, few items to be concerned
The hotel was easy to find and only a few blocks walk to the harbor or convention center. Dunkin is right outside the door, as well as several pubs and restaurants. The suite was nice: full size fridge, stovetop, full size microwave, sink, and even a dishwasher! The bathroom, dressing area, and bedroom were clean. I would have wanted a fluffier comforter. The complimentary breakfast was nice and included hot foods. Downsides: it’s a city hotel, the noise outside is annoying (even though our room was on the thirteenth floor). Speaking of that, what building actually has, and uses, a 13th floor??? There were odd sounds throughout the day and night (not ghostly or anything like that), but it sounded like there were things knocking together inside the soffits. It was very random and inside the bedroom area. It made for some restless sleeping overall. I did not complain, because we were only there two nights.

Graat hotel. Very nice one bedroom rooms. Large, clean, very comfortable beds. Nice bathroom. Fast check in check out. Hotel has a very nice breakfast, which is helpful if you are in the hurry in the morning. The breakfast ladies are wonderful. They are taking care of the food so well. The whole breakfast area is very clean. They are immediately adding missing items to make sure you have a full selection. Very professional and pleasant at the same time. Hotel is very close to convention center. Lots of restaurants around.

Good times in Baltimore!
Everything from check in to check out was terrific! We arrived late, but the front desk was very accommodating. They even gave us a late check out to make our stay more enjoyable! The valet was very helpful and timely. Don't forget the kitchen staff. Super pleasant, and plenty of good food choices.
