The room was great with beautiful views of the city. It was not very large but made good use of the space for suitcase unpacking, etc. The bed was comfortable. What was best about this place was the service provided by Mariana and the staff. She sent detailed instructions for check in, answered every question promptly, and prepared amazing breakfasts every morning. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Porto.

Love this hotel. AMAZING location. Extremely responsive, kind and helpful staff. I highly recommend staying here and if I was to come back to Porto I would totally book this. You are literally in the heart of the town BUT it is so quiet too. Love that the breakfast is included as well. It was so great! Thank you Mariana and Maria!

Mariana is a wonderful host. She waited to greet us after our train was delayed. Her service was much appreciated. Mariana took our luggage to the room, explained all the amenities and gave us tips where to purchase a few items. The place is spotless and the breakfast was fresh and delicious. Fantastic location and walkable to many sights. We would highly recommend and Mariana is the perfect host. Excellent!!

Fantastic and very attentive service from lovely staff, the breakfast was a new and delicious concept that left us satisfied and happy. The location was perfect close to some very nice restaurants and from our room balcony we had a beautiful and romantic view of the cathedral that was lit up beautifully in the evening. We will definitely be staying there again.

We had an amazing stay! Mariana was so accommodating and was very helpful during our stay. The rooms are on the smaller side but having a balcony was so great since we could see the sunset and the patio area. Location was great since we were coming in from Lisbon and had to go back so the train station is just a few minute walk. Breakfast was also so amazing and delicious.
