A Swedish gem just 30 minutes from Landvetter airport. Stunning cluster of industrial brick buildings housing hotel, restaurant and high quality shops. You can take a lovely walk up to to Tollered and the factory buildings there. There is also a spa with saunas plus dock for swimming and various water sports.

Our stay here was one of those wonderful serendipitous experiences that make travel fun. We decided to stay away from Gothenburg on a holiday weekend night when accommodations were tight and discovered Naas Fabriker Hotel. It is located on a beautiful lake about 30 minutes from Gothenburg. The hotel is new, has an attractive design and an excellent restaurant, plus shops and a cafe. We saw a number of small wedding parties and families at the hotel and it was clear that people who live in the area also enjoy going to the hotel for celebrations. The town of Alingsas, known for its Fika cafes, is not far away and was a nice side trip. We took buses and taxis for transportation, but next time I would rent a car to more easily get to the hotel and explore other areas near the lake.

Bodde i rim 219, 30 kvm utan fönster. Stor, bekväm säng med underbara kuddar, täcken och sängkläder. Något kallt på rummet och tempen gick inte att reglera, men det gjorde inte så mycket. Två fåtöljer och ett väldigt litet bord. Saknade avställningsytor både i rummet och duschrummet. Duschrummet hade stor dusch med två regnduschar, handfat med fin spegel med touchkontroller ovanför. Längst bort till höger toaletten. Industridörr med glasfönster. Men det gjorde inget, det syntes inte från rummet när toaletten användes. Det fanns plats för avställningsytor i badrummet, men tyvärr fanns bara lite utrymme kring handfatet. För högt uppe på väggen fanns duschkräm, schampo och balsam. Funkade för oss, men de satt konstigt högt upp. I en slags garderob fanns avhängningsmöjlighet, säkerhetsskåp och en utdragbar kyllåda med minibar. Frukosten hade allt vi kunde önska och miljön var trevlig. Sista morgonen fanns det inga thékoppar och ingen mjölk vid stationen för thé. Jag sade till en nyanställd, men hon gick i stället till kaffestationen och pysslade där och fyllde på mjölk. Fabriksområdet är gammalt och mycket vackert och det är en utmärkt plats för en avkopplande romantisk helg. Lyxiga butiker finns det också. Vi hade en alldeles utmärkt vistelse och de underbara sängkläderna fanns att köpa vid receptionen! Rekommenderar verkligen en vistelse här!
