The view and location at this property are unparalleled and the stay is a unique experience. This is definitely where I will stay again if I come back To this area. The staff was wonderful! Ixchal, Josefa, Hugo and Claudio and all the rest really made us feel welcome and took great care of us during our stay. The food and drinks in the bar and restaurant were really yummy and the view is spectacular. We hope to return some day!

rooms clean but sheets were never changed while we were there. the staff was excellent so welcoming smiling all the time. They went out of their way to meet our needs. We did accidentally pack the hair dryer with us. Waiting to how see how you would like us to deal with the situation. will refer our friends to stay at your beautiful hotel.

The location of this hotel takes away your breathe. To open the windows at night and listening to the Pacific is sublime. The Spa is really wonderful. My only complaint is that the breakfast doesn't seem as good as it once was.

Front desk lobby it was regular !! Room not bad can be improved (shower mildew). Clean in general need be improved. Also general maintenance on the out side of hotel need to be improved. It’s a beautiful place with wonderful view but they must take care of it . Thanks

Very relaxing

Very good one night stay. Staff were awesome, location is great. Although there was a problem with my toilet as it would not flush. Which was a bit annoying. It was fixed the following day however I was checking out anyway.
