The staff were great. We were in the basement and in a substandard room but they moved us to a much nicer room. The breakfast was lovely and we felt so cared for!!!

This hotel was absolutely incredible! The location is perfect, just a couple of minutes’ walk from the Louvre, with the Metro right around the corner. The rooms are immaculate, and the staff goes above and beyond to make sure every need is met. Sonia at the front desk was especially wonderful—so kind, helpful, and welcoming. We felt like we were the only guests in the hotel! We will absolutely be staying here again on our next trip to Paris!

10/10 Exceptional

Stay exceeded any expectation that I had. Hotel was very clean and updated, staff helpful, convenient location (near shopping, metro and Louvre), breakfast and amenities (ie AC) all very nice. Where the stay exceeded my expectation, was the size of the rooms! Hotel staff also upgraded one of our rooms which ended up having a balcony. I’ve traveled to Europe, including Paris a number times and this was notably one of the best stays I’ve had and definitely worth the price (was actually cheaper than other nearby 4 star hotels at time of my booking). If you are looking for a hotel near the Louvre, stay here!!!

Excellent location! In the heart of Paris. Close to the Louvre, Notre Dame, and other museums. Great shops and restaurants nearby. Wonderful stay at L’Empire, rooms are comfortable and have a/c. Reception staff very friendly and helpful! Make sure to upgrade room if having a tea kettle or a coffee machine is important to you.

Wonderful hotel right near the louvre. Cleanest, high end rooms. Spacious and more importantly with amazing AC for the summer. Staff is outstanding and they show the best of France.

8/10 Very good

It's a decent place. Elevator system is odd, as well as room numbering, so it can be confusing. But front desk and wait staff were very nice and helpful. Room has a little desk, and room's ac performance was respectable for Europe. Breakfast was good. Great location. Lots to walk to. Good restaurants, close to museums, etc.

This is the second stay for me at this property. The location could not be better and the quality for the price is amazing!! Finding a room with a king size bed and a tub/shower is amazing. Sonya at the front desk was there for both of my stays, she is darling and so helpful!! I would put 10 stars on this boutique hotel if I could.

The location is amazing and the air conditioner wasn’t properly the highlight since we traveled during the worse heatwave in Paris. The staff was amazing and most spoke English very well. I recommend this place and would definitely return.

The room was very nice. I’d give it a 3 1/2 star as the bathroom lighting was not great. There were no drawers in the room but good closet space. The bed was comfortable and well cleaned. The breakfast buffet was wonderful and even the kids loved it. The staff were all very gracious and helpful.
