This hotel is the reason 5 star exist. The staff and service was perfect. The hotel is in the pedestrian area. You drive up the the barricade and press the button for them to go down.

This was a prime location and the staff were amazing! The rooms were just slightly outdated and had carpet. If you don’t love carpet in a hotel room I’d steer clear but otherwise we loved our stay!

Positive sides: location perfect for shopping and walking, we had early check in for free with thanks, reasonable priced hotel, good size of room and clean, we had fantastic gift for our baby from hotel as welcome gift Negative side: outdated furniture and style but not affecting my travel and needs and not making our visit bad

Excellent location, wonderful staff, air- conditioned hotel which helped as we were on the 5th floor during a heat wave, walkable to everywhere.

8/10 Very good

It’s a charming hotel with an excellent location for restaurants and good shopping, very close to the lake and all transport. As it’s a small hotel in an old building, its facilities are very limited: just a restaurant and terrace which provides all-day decent dining, good value and good service.there is neither a gym nor a pool. The room Amenities are very good. The staff is all helpful and friendly. It has a sister hotel right next door which is bigger, with a good Lebanese restaurant that has a spacious balcony extension space, good service and reasonable prices.

Perfect location. Lovely lobby. Room condition was dated - needs a renovation and design work. Check-in staff were wonderful!
