We loved being on the top floor with views. They room was very spacious, bathroom not so much but we had very hot water for our showers. We enjoyed our breakfast of croissants and lattes. Easily walkable for gelatos and dinner. Only 1 mile walk to old town Bern which was so pretty.

The location was good. The room had no air conditioning (we didn't notice upon booking), but there was a fan and we could also open the window. Very small shower stall and WC, but cute.

Small clean hotel close to bus and train. Rooms and bathroom are small, but just fine for a couple. Would stay again. Only con is there is no laundry services. You have to walk 2 mi or 20min tram ride to only self service laundry place in the city. Be sure to take plenty of coins, not cheap to do laundry. Hotel reception staff were very nice.
