Not clean rooms
Excellent location in Interlaken, room was comfortable but they did not cleaned the room during a 6 day stay. Everyday we came back after our day trips we wiil find new towels and empty trash cans but they wiil not sweep or mop the floors. So any garbage on the floor was always there when we came back. Dissapointing !!

Tight quarters throughout lobby and stairs/elevator. Made it hard with luggage and a stroller to maneuver around hotel. Welcome was rough. No water cooler.

When I went to check-in there was only one lady at the counter. I told her I was here to check in and she walked away without saying a word. No one appeared for several minutes. There was another man talking to someone about business (I believe) after waiting about five minutes, I yelled at him, and he cut short his conversation ans asked me why I was there. He was helpful at that point.

This is definitely barely a three star hotel. The staff was amazingly friendly and accommodating. However, the hotel itself was lacking especially for the cost.

Unpleasant stay., not happy. The property is very old , hallway smells bad. The bedsheet, comforters and pillow cases are heavy used some many time. It's a waste.of money, we paid $260 per night, it's not worth for that price. I don't know why expedia listed this one, i would recommend expedia to remove from the list.
