Staff is always there to help and is on point with everything. Very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is conveniently located which makes it easy to visit nearby tourists spots. They have a garage, so I felt safe leaving my car parked. I would definitely recommend it

6/10 Good

We came for family vacation and the location was good. The subway is just a walking distance and even uber was not bad taken from this location. Breakfast was great. The staff the first day was very nice and kind. They gave us a better room. Hugo and Luis were AMAZING. In general everyone was kind except for a short girl that looks like a Indian girl. She was extremely rude, she is not kind. She has zero costumer service. The other things is that halls smell a little moldy, the toilet separate from shower was very uncomfortable. The cleaning of rooms was not the best.

Visited as a family. Family room had a double bed and 2 single sofa beds which left little space for luggage. Small bathroom but sufficient. Convenient location. Breakfast space felt a bit chaotic - very crowded; perhaps rearranging where different food is kept might have helped. Good options of fruit, pastries, cereals, hot food.

8/10 Very good

The Novotel Montparnasse was good for our family of 4, the sleeping conditions were a little tight but that’s what we expected for the price range in Paris. It was close to the metro station and there were several good restaurants very close. If you are up for walking, most of the attractions (Eiffel tower, notre dame, etc) were within 2 miles walking distance. The breakfast buffet was great! There aren’t many restaurants open for breakfast (other than pastries of course) so it was a good thing to add on for our family to make sure the kids got a good start in the morning!

Our stay at the Novotel was perfect for the last stage of a 3 week adventure. The reception staff were welcoming, helpful and informative. We were given a complimentary drink, complimentary tickets for a boat cruise and they helped with tour/attraction bookings! We had a great stay!!
