The hotel was lovely and very clean throughout our stay. The family room was a great size for two adults and two teenagers, with plenty of space for us all to be comfortable. The staff were always friendly, welcoming and helpful whenever we needed assistance. The breakfast was superb with an excellent variety of choices each morning. The location was also fantastic — the metro station was only a five-minute walk away and just five stops from the Eiffel Tower, making it perfect for exploring Paris. I really wish I could give our stay five stars, however unfortunately the hotel’s air conditioning struggled to cope with the high temperatures during our visit. We were told it would come on between 11pm and midnight, but sadly it never worked in our room at all. The hotel did provide us with a fan and kindly waived our parking charges as compensation, which we appreciated. However, with temperatures reaching 34°C during the day and still around 25°C at midnight, it made sleeping comfortably very difficult.

Room was nice and clean. Bed and pillows were specially very good and helped us rest well every night. The only thing I didn't like was the restaurant in the lobby. In the cold weather the lobby door opens frequently and lets cold air in and restaurant seating is right there, so you can't get comfortable there. Also the vegetarian food choices on the menu are very limited and what is there isn't good either.
