Unhappy bintan short trip
weather too hot prices too high (especially food) food not good (at Spice restaurant -burnt satay, naan, overcook fish, no otah) not enough day and short tour trip and taxi bowling area aircon not cold, toilet tap not working hotel's swimming pool, beach, spa is good. Eco safari is good hotel check in 3pm is very late and check out at 12pm ? should be 3pm also this checking in/out must be improved Ferry service not enough for day trip return no one guide us to emerald lounge at departure jetty (as late ferry and we carry sleeping kid and luggages,Very tired and unhappy) please promote more ferry and hotel booking package for family for our conveniences

Dated resort but friendly staff
Resort looks a bit dated. Staff were friendly. There are no food options, other than overpriced ones at the resort. Good getaway for 1 or 2 nights.

Sea water is not clean and polluted with tar. Facilities are quite run down and many not operating. A lot of mosquitoes. Buggies are always fully booked. A bit disappointed as price is not low.
