The hotel is walking distance from 2 main transit stations and lines which makes it very helpful to get around the city. Great service from the staff, particularly from Cherry and Emily who helped us with our luggage, and Jesse who arranged our airport drop off (free with the hotel stay). The gym and pool were also very nice. The room is spacious and had a great view of the city.

Very comfortable and spacious rooms. Thoughtful amenities in room - even has Chinese herbal tea sachets. Rooms are quiet even though next to main road. Not very close to subway though but u was using taxi most times so not an issue

The hotel is very nice and the staff are exellent.
Room was tidy and clean the bed was a bit hard but overall nice place to stay and pamper yourself if you want to and plenty of good food in the hotel restaurants
