No words can describe this place well enough. We had a suite with views to the Coliseum, I mean, from my room and shower I had this magnificent building on sight. The location is just too good, staff amazingly friendly and ready to help, the room was so beautiful and every single detail was thoughtfully arranged. I understand that for Europe this place is probably pretty fantastic, the room was spacious and well appointed. An actual king-sized bed, functional air conditioning, good water pressure. The staff was polite. Unfortunately the shower floor was very dirty- like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. I took a picture and tried to communicate that to the hotel through the app and got no response. My partner had to sit around in the lobby waiting for an hour past published check-in time for the room even though we asked many times for any possibility of an early check-in. What he got instead was a late check-in. A nice touch would be inclusion of breakfast (even just pastries) for suite guests. We frequently stay at a Michelin starred property in Vegas and don't typically encounter these sort of delays or omissions.

We had a wonderful stay at Palazzo Manfredi. The suite was exceptionally spacious and comfortable for our family of four, giving everyone plenty of room to relax after a day of sightseeing. The location couldn’t have been better—right next to the Colosseum, making it incredibly convenient to explore Rome’s historic sites. We also appreciated how well the air conditioning worked, especially during the extreme heat wave. Coming back to a cool, comfortable room after spending time outside made a huge difference. The combination of the spacious accommodations, unbeatable location, and excellent climate control made this a fantastic place to stay. We would happily return on our next trip to Rome.
