The Palmetto was a nice boutique hotel located perfectly in the downtown area. The rooms were very nice and the shower was amazing. The morning breakfast was good with a variety of pastries, grits and biscuits and gravy. The all day sweet tea and water was nice after a lot of walking and touring. The service was good and the staff were friendly. The overall experience was nice; we will definitely return for our next stay. Thank You Team Palmetto.

Beautiful place to stay! Staff was super helpful! Loved the valet parking service, complimentary cocktail upon check-in. Sweet chamber maid brought us a chocolate on our first night and a carafe of water the second. Room was elegant and clean. Breakfast of cheese grits, croissants, pastries, & yogurt was perfect. We'd be happy to stay at the Palmetto again!

Great location. The hotel felt like it was brand new. Service everywhere was great. Breakfast grits were fantastic. The only thing I could complain about may have been the parking at $60 a night. But it was all worth the price

Our room was cleaned daily with fresh towels and bed made. Then at night the spread was folded back and chocolates🍫 left on our pillows. Plus fresh towels again . All this if you wanted it to be done. If not, leave your Do Not Disturb sign on door knob. It was a yes for us! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The location was easily accessible to great restaurants and The Market by foot. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family.
