Beautiful place. Extremely clean and well stocked. Close to main village but just far enough away to be out of the hubbub. Perfect stroll distance. Very quiet neighborhood so easy to relax.

Great location and so charming! The only negative is getting a second floor room and having to climb the steep narrow stairs. My advice is ask for a first floor room.

I had an amazing stay here! The property is lovely and it was so peaceful to have coffee on the front porch in the morning. The room was so clean, spacious and peaceful - and the staff is so friendly and accommodating and super quick in responding to any requests. I can't wait to stay here again!

Another great stay! Close to everything and most importantly, the most comfortable bed! Our room was beautiful and the common areas were enjoyable (first time we ever used them). And the A/C did the trick for this crazy heat wave!

We booked this on a complete last minute 4th of July whim and could not have been happier with our stay. Beautiful carriage house with full kitchen and enough room for my husband and I to have our own spaces when needed. Classy decor and hvac worked efficiently on unexpected 100 degree days. Can’t wait to go back. I also highly recommend Rockport as a fun, quintessential New England coastal town - especially on July 4th. I strongly recommend the Addison Choate!

Thank you for a wonderful restful stay in Rockport Mass. The staff was very helpful and Marshall was very good to us. The parking was a plus and within walking distance of the village. The room was outstanding and thank you for the wine and sweet candy as reward for beng a platinum member. I hope to visit again. Linda & Nanette

Immaculate, cozy, incredibly designed unique “hotel”! The in-room coffee pods were even our favorite Peet’s flavor. Perfect location to walk to everything. We’ll definitely return!!
