Has potential, but needs TLC/ attention to detail
This place has potential. Hard to judge fairly with a limited staff do to covid. However, it needs a little more tlc and focus/continuity. There are some very lovely points, and some aspects that require some attention. The rules for the pool area need to be enforced by all when it comes to outside food/drinks /music coming in. Guests gave a tough time, til staff walked away and let it happen as guests laughed in victory. The Cabana grill snack bar by the pool has decent food but over priced. 2 hamburgers with fries 1chicken tender and fries 2 planters punch 8oz 1 bottle of water was $66 before tip. A snack of onion rings $9. Not enough bang for my buck. Once pool towel rack was empty it was not refilled. I found a hair elastic in the pool and put it on the deck, the next day it was still there along with the french frie someone dropped the day before. Some of the staff was lovely, while certian Cabana grill staff was very loud and displeased with guests as well as how the place is being run. "THEY COULDN'T SURVIVE WITHOUT ME" Our room was fine. Nothing special. Could be soruced up. Patio furniture by the fire pit was filthy and could stan to be hosed off. Although the pit area is a nice touch. Maybe they were just not ready to open yet. But at $1200+ for 3 nights I expected more. I understand safety messures and agreed. So at the end of the day when the pool closes, staff should be wiping diwn dirty tables, and sprying down the deck. And a sign or 2 with rules

wish I chose a different place to stay
For the amount of money this hotel didn’t live up to our expectations. We were in a back room which didn’t have a view of the wAter and nothing like I expected. The hotel is an old hotel that should be called a motel and it has been “fixed” up with a coat of paint. The pictures show a much better condition place. I was very disappointed.

Nice pool, nice fire pit, obviously a little bit held back by shitcorona service-wise but that’s fine under the circumstances. Close to several beaches and Ptown centre, would absolutely attend again!

    Good time
The hotel is really cute and convenient place to stay not far from downtown Ptown. The pool was clean and kept up with. The pool bar was a plus as well. They have fire pits/ lounge area which is actually very nice! The only negative was how slow our check in process was and our rooms were not ready right at check in and then our room keys didn’t work after finally getting our room but given the current state of the world they were under staffed and clearly stressed and we are not fussy people so we brushed it off as no big deal. Room was fantastic and clean and we loved having a courtyard room with a table and chairs with a view of the pool. The room was a bit moist upon arrival but after turning the air on it went away. Overall we enjoyed our stay

    could be better
Welcome experience was not fun. They are not fans of third party booking and everything seemed to be difficult. Beach across street was nice but hallways have odors, my guess is from allowing dogs.

    Pass on this place
This is a $400/night motel. The lights in our room didn’t even work. We were just so dang disappointed. It looked nothing like the photos. It was evident even the staff didn’t want to be there. It’s also outside the town so we had to take a taxi to everything. I wish I had something positive to say! We did book it pretty late so hopefully your stay will be a bit more affordable but even if it was $50/night, we would not come back.

This Hotel offers paper thin walls, was rude and short at the desk when I asked if I could have my bag held for just two hours, the room was never cleaned, towels were never replaced, had to go to the desk to get coffee pods and cups. The room next to mine had a dog barking, kids were screaming and throwing a ball at my wall. Someone got into a fight outside because of noise and the police were called, and to top it all off the hotel is still charging a resort fee, even though they are offering no resort accommodations, and is nothing better than a side of the road motel.

    Pricey for what it is...
This place is ok. Not horrible but not remarkable. They don’t clean during your stay only when you check out. Claims to be beachfront when it sits on the harbor and only time you can meander down is at low tide. Some staff nice some extremely rude. I wouldn’t stay here again.
