Great ambience Big problem -- they don't tell you that you basically cannot eat in the hotel without a reservation in advance. And the breakfast service is beyond terrible -- waited 20 minutes for the hostess to tell me to wait some more (even though there were tables available -- just sitting there not cleaned up by the staff).

The staff was awesome, room was beautiful, with a nice Merlot waiting for us. Very quiet. We were very disappointed by the dinner service. The prime extremely undercooked and our server never came back to check on us. The lunch was great.
