We only stayed one night, but it was a really nice place to stay. When we checked in the front desk staff was quiet so it was hard to hear what he was saying. But still very helpful. When we went back to check-in the lady was really helpful and even ordered us a taxi for the morning. It was a quiet place and would recommend a friend or family staying there if they were visiting.

Great location, close to Grassmarket and Victoria Street. The room was nice and decent size. Very comfortable beds. I wish the room service was better though. We had to ask every time we needed something or to take out trash. But our room was never cleaned. Breakfast was good, it was not included . I give 5 stars for location, because it was important for us, traveling with two children, we wanted to walk everywhere.

Great location and nice staff. The rooms had a modern but odd design. For example, the bathroom doors had glass that was not clear but also not private; so others in the room can see someone in the bathroom or shower, which was uncomfortable. The parking is conveniently below the hotel but there are very, very few spaces. Additional parking is a five minute walk down the hill from the hotel, which is awkward upon arrival or departure.
