This is the second time I have stayed at this property. The location is amazing. It is close to shops and restaurants and the view of the red mountains from any part of the property is amazing. The rooms are big and the staff is absolutely incredible. The only complaint I would have is that they do not have elevators so walking up 50 stairs is kind of inconvenient. They did change my room to a lower level last minute though so I appreciated that tremendously.

Fantastic property in the heart of Sedona. A ton of shops on site and easily walkable. We stayed in a one bedroom and it was awesome. Jetted tub, great shower, fireplace, private porch! Loved every bit of it and will be back next time.

Location is fantastic for walking to shops and restaurants. We were there on a very busy weekend so parking was challenging and although we requested an early check in and were told we would be put on priority the room the room was not ready till 4pm. Our room was spacious and nicely appointed but the room we were given was not great. It was a first floor in a corner with no view as expected from pictures on hotels.com. Also a huge disappointment was the pool area was closed and we were not made aware until arrival. They did not charge us a resort fee because of this however had we known I would have definitely stayed somewhere else.
