They put in Expedia that they have gym , but in the end they didn’t . It was important for us , so if we know that there is no gym we will chose something else , but rest was fine , also super beautiful view from everywhere

Excellent and unique stay

Beautiful setting on the lake. It's all about that view. Room was spacious, clean and in great condition. So many good things to say. The only things that would make this a 10/10 is cushions for the chairs on our private terrace, cleaning the beach lounger cushions which were very stained and cleaning off the ash from the restaurant cushions. They were covered in ash from the fire. Also, people kept walking across the private terrace in front of our room! There needs to be better signage. Overall though I would definitely recommend this hotel. Probably our best in Patagonia.

Restaurant / bar was not always open when they should and did not have all services I would expect from a four star. Location was great to get to ski and the lake is beautiful from property but missing amenities made it not worth the price we paid.

Meu amigo brasileiro, leia essa avaliação antes de fechar para não ir emocionado igual eu fui. Café da manhã é o típico argentino, café ruim, pão, ovo, mussarela e presunto, apenas isso nada a mais, ou seja, muito sem graça. Quarto velho, entra bastante vento pelas janelas, banheiro é terrível. A única coisa legal se der sorte e pegar a vista para o rio, se pegar vista para dentro do hotel deve ser triste. Se estiver fechando esse hotel e estiver barato vale o valor, agora se estiver próximo de qualquer outro que vc tenha gostado tbm avalie com atenção. Obrigado.

O hotel tem excelente custo benefício. Funcionários muito prestativos, quarto confortável, chuveiro bastante quente, aquecimento funcionando adequadamente. A localização em frente ao lago é linda. Possui inclusive recreação para as crianças no período da noite. Recomendo.
