    Generally great but charges extra to leave luggage
    The hotel was beautifully decorated and very clean. The location was great too—very central. The staff was also very helpful and friendly. That said, I did not appreciate how they charge guests for leaving luggage after check out. I have never encountered this for a service that is fairly standard for hotels and it left a negative impression at the conclusion of the trip. I hope the management reconsiders this policy, especially given the hilly area around the property.

    Great find!
    Great themed hotel in a wonderful neighborhood. Sure Chiado is touristy but it is close to everything. The hotel is named for the Portuguese poet Fernando Pessoa. They devote a library to his work and offer a tour on Fridays. Absolutely awesome! Some rooms are small but manageable. Beautiful sky at too!
