Meh...
I opted for offsite free parking but did not use it as it was too far away and had an unsafe feel. The breakfast was basic continental and I never saw a bar open here. Front desk check in was... terrible!! His hair was a mess, he offered no check in or check out information what so ever, and when the man behind me interrupted my check in procedure with a question of his own the clerk completely over looked me and went on to attend to his question for at least 5 minutes as I am just standing there looking crazy. He apologized later citing that he thought we were together but by that time the ill impression was already made... Later on messy hair clerk when asked where the nearest department store was located responded with "I don't know Google it and shrugged his shoulders... so that is what I did. I avoided asking front desk for anything and I just used Google... I would pass up on this location and perhaps go to a located where there are better ratings for service. It really makes a world of difference being new to a city to have knowledgeable and friendly front desk. This location could definitely use some refining. Not the friendliest or cleanest hotel around and definitely not a 9.2 star hotel stay...the bed was comfortable, and the shower while cute- was unclean and gave me the creepies : ( upon start up the steam from the water showed grime and other gooey stuffs on the shower glass. Overall an 6 out of 10. This would not again be my first choice.

Clean, Spacious, and Quiet
So glad I found this right in Chinatown! It's a new hotel, clean, spacious, and comfortable. There were no issue with any noise. We had three adults and two teenagers with plenty of room for everyone. The only downside is no parking, which was expected. You can hope you get lucky and find one in the residential area or park in the free lot a couple minutes away.

Hard to find, Worth Finding!
A little hard to find as the frontage is cityscape. Located in the absolute heart of Chinatown with lots of great Asian food. Super friendly staff and everyone was happy. The room was street facing but super quiet. We had a king bed with a separated seating area with a couch. Keurig, micro and safe included. The parking area was connected to the building and we elected to pay by the day at the garage. The breakfast was the normal upscale outstanding deluxe continental breakfast.
