Staff were friendly. Breakfast was good. Bed was comfortable. The hotel was cold and the room freezing though. Even after I requested they turn on the heat, it made no difference. The windows are old and single pane, so all the condensation ran down the walls, and it’s why it was so cold and uncomfortable. Definitely not worth the price we paid.

Staff was extremely helpful- called us taxi’s, had ample umbrellas for those unexpected downpours and provided help with the luggage which we had a lot of- Niles especially helped with that. just across the street from stephen’s green park- walk over to trinity college.. perfect location. would definitely come back.

Truly amazing and worth the experience of sleeping in this location. The staff (all of them from the greeter who checked us in to the porter to the breakfast server and cook) were amazing and obviously proud of their place and work. It was a pleasant accident to have found such a place after traveling to Ireland for 30 times! We hope to be back

Stauntons on the Green was a wonderful place to stay. It was right across the street from St. Stephan’s Green park. Our grandchildren loved the park. It was walking distance from many notable places to enjoy. Our room in the basement was large and had two big windows to see the elevated sidewalk outside. They have a delicious breakfast and a lovely garden behind the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful with our bags.

Stauntons on the Green is a lovely, charming place to stay while in Dublin. It’s very conveniently located near the park, which is directly across the street. The park itself is gorgeous —quiet and lovely in the mornings, then scattered with young people either solo, couples or groups —which makes it a beautiful, social gathering place. You will find a bustling area along Dawson Street of quaint shops, restaurants, as well as a high-end retail stores, buskers on Grafton Street next to Dawson Street. At the end these streets is Trinity College, which has dramatic old buildings and majestic architecture. One of the best things I did in Dublin was the guided tour called The Little Museum of Dublin located in this same area on the north side of St. Stephen’s Green Park, I loved my stay at Stauntons on the Green and would highly recommend it to others!

We stayed at this lovely hotel for one night when in Dublin. The room was very large, tastefully decorated and extremely clean. It was also very well appointed. It is located right across the street from St. Stephen's Green Park which if very nice and it is very walkable to many of Dublin's great offerings. The only negatives in our opinion would be that our room was on the front of the hotel, street side, and the road is quite busy so we heard a lot of road noise throughout the night. There is also no onsite parking requiring the car to be parked at a car park that was a 10 min walk away.
