Slight confusion over the $10 a day allowance on food and beverages, has to be deducted daily rather than just for stay and didn’t include departure day. No laundry facilities. Good pool and hours and like the chilled ambiance of it. Room was modern and beds were a decent size and comfortable. I would have given it 5 stars had it not been for the confusion over the $10 a day and the lack of customer service by that team member. Also charged twice so waiting for the first amount which was held as pending on my credit card to fall away which annoyingly can take a week. They should have just taken the outstanding difference.
