Staff was very helpful. I needed a document printed. They were happy to help me out. I accidentally sent them the wrong one. They were kind enough to print it again. No fuss!

Charming hotel in central Gothenburg. Great shopping and dining options nearby, very walkable. Very tasty continental breakfast. Definitely will return next time I’m in town.

Very nice hotel — clean and comfortable room, friendly staff, and a really good breakfast. Everything worked well, and the atmosphere was relaxed. Would definitely stay here again!

10/10 Exceptional

The room was very clean. Lighting in the bathroom could be better. The staff was exceptional. We really enjoyed our stay. Excellent location. One concern is that the hotel is not handicapped accessible. Had to go up two sets of stairs to get to reception, with no ramps available. In addition, one we were at the floor that our room was on, we had to go up and down two different sets of stairs to get to our room (after we had come off the elevator). Carrying heavy bags could be an issue for some people. Food and seating were plentiful for the morning breakfast, and the food was very good. They did a good job of keeping it well supplied. Some rooms do not have outside windows, only windows to the inside courtyard

A beautiful old building in the heart of Gothenburg. The hotel was very comfortable, lovely breakfast buffet and friendly staff. Our room wasn't that big, and the shower was on the compact side, but for a two- night stay it was fine.
