We all are very impressed with how well the hotel is run. Among 5-star hotels in Surabaya and Jakarta, this hotel is the best and service truly stands out.
Room service was prompt and courteous, the Executive Lounge offered excellent food, drinks, and personalized attention, and breakfast at the Pavilion was outstanding.

I enjoyed my 3-day stay at JW Marriott Surabaya, staff was super nice. Kiki at Front Desk made my check in super easy and smooth, and Andyta, Putri, Oliv and Bima at lounge made me feel at home, they remembered all my favorite drink and foods. I appreciate their care and attention.
