Poor customer service for return deposits
The stay was ok but what I don't like is that we had to call about our $250 deposit! We were told it would be deposit into our account 7-10 business days after checkout! Its going on 15 days & I had to call about the deposit & was told they would release it now... so if I wouldn't have called then no deposit would have been returned! Y'all better check your accounts & call 7 days after you checkout or you won't get your deposit back!!

This is my first review. AC was not working proper and making lots of noise. We felts like house keeping was done in a rush and doesn't feel fresh and clean. Check in at front desk took over 15 min. There was no bedding for the Sofa bed and when asked they were arguing that its not our job, its housekeeping responsibility and if need come pickup we will give you one sheet, we cant provide blanket.
