Ports of Call Resort, Providenciales
Im not sure why this is called a resort, there are no services offered except for breakfast. There is sometimes a bar tender, but you have to track them down if you wanted a drink. Most of the staff is pretty rude the only ones that were nice were Johvarty and Jaskson. For $220 a night I wish I would have stayed elsewhere.

Always staying at Ports of Call resort
I go to TCI 2-3 times a year for work and usually stay at Ports of Call if rooms are available, great staff, nice rooms, good internet and close to plenty places to eat.

Think twice before booking at this hotel.
An overwhelming smell of sewer began on the first afternoon. The manager informed me that she was aware of the smell. She agreed to move us after I explained that we could not stay in the room with the smell. The incidentals were never refilled during daily housekeeping. We had to request body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion from the front desk each day. The hot tub was broken during two days of our stay.

Best location and price on Provo
Great stay at Ports of Call. Starting with the staff 100% of the staff was always friendly, helpful, fun to chat with and quickly do anything they could to make your stay pleasant. We had a car but walked every where for food and the beaches. We only used the car to go to coral gardens and smith reef. Location was perfect. 2 minute walk to grocery store 3 minutes to the beach and 10 minutes to at least 15 places to eat
