Stayed for Taylor Swift Concert
Very busy because of Taylor Swift concert. Front desk ladies were clearly over everyone by the time I checked in, but one did graciously give me three bottles of water as we had been traveling since 5am. Night receptionist also gave me a noon check out which the day lady said was impossible. The worst thing about the hotel is the Bistro. Their prices are astronomical. $17 for a Caesar salad and another TEN DOLLARS to add some slices of chicken. I paid $95 for a small pizza and two of the aforementioned salads. What a total rip off. Disappointed to realize that there was not a coffeemaker in the room. Location was good for the concert. My daughter left her AirPods case in the reception area and I left a message with the manager to ask for help. Two days later- still waiting for that call back.

Could use attention to details
Great location, easy/convenient and free parking. A little more attention to details would improve customer experience. For example, took a shower and washed my hair only to find they only provide exactly 2 towels and my husband had already wet one so no extra towel for my hair. First time I’ve stayed at a Hilton with no glass cup in bathroom to place your toothbrush and no pen/paper available in the room. Also heard fire alarms all day from steamy showers supposedly. I think they can do better.
