6/10 Good

Breakfast is lovely, but we were told the wrong weekend finish time by the reception team so we arrived at 10.30 to be told that breakfast was already over and finished at 10.30 rather than 11. Overall we were a bit disappointed with the room, we had a King bedroom with a view, but the view was overlooking the motorway so it was noisy and not a nice view at all. The room is quite dated and the pillows were dreadful. There wasn’t gown or slippers in the room or any shower cap etc. and I would expect when staying at a Hilton for those small things to be included. Additionally you need to pay for the water in the room which is a first I have ever experienced a so it just felt like the bare minimum was provided.

Great location, walking distance to many shops, restaurants, and attractions. They have nice rooms, comfortable beds… Quiet. Great staff, and a mean burger is served in the bar! 😋

Rooms are big but style is very old, from 80’ or 90’. Room was also very cold. Location is good, easy to walk to Gamla Stan and södermalm, also Slussen metro stop is just in 100m. Good breakfast.

8/10 Very good

This hotel is in a really excellent location. A few minutes from great food and the Old Town with underground parking made it a great fit for us. Some of the complaints in the other reviews came to bear. Rooms a little dated and worn and temperature control was very difficult. But it was comfortable. Nice bathroom but it was a bit weirdly designed funny gaps in the marble. I’m not a fan of 4 and 5 star hotels that provide bathroom soaps in pumps on the wall. It’s like having the world’s best cocktail and serving it in a paper cup. Would it kill Hilton to provide bars of soap? My room had a few stains. The breakfast was solid. Overall I’d say it was a good hotel and worth it for us. I’d stay again but I’d bring my own soap and check with the front desk if the thermostat wasn’t doing it’s job.
Odd sink and gap in the bath edge?
Stain on the furniture isn’t a good look.

Shout out to Stefan at the front desk and Vivian at the breakfast buffet. Overall, great experience is fantastic. Staff is available to greet guests at check in unlike other hotels in the Nordic states.

Nice staff at reception, breakfast room and housekeeping! Hotel in great location for nightlif, sightseeing and a local feeling. The rooms a bit on small side and building showing a bit of its age. But overall good.
