Staff was great , place was outdated and rugs were worn to the floor. Mattress and pillows were smelly, coated in plastic and lumpy Priced cheap for a reason.

If not for the excellent breakfast crew, I would rate this facility a teo because of its age and state of repair. The employees care about their customers.

Location was ideal while visiting family in Holyoke. Staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Coffee in the lobby was great for my coffee addicted mother and I. Overall a great price for a quick visit

Kayley was pleasant on the phone when I called because I would be arriving late. She was friendly and helpful at check in. I felt safe knowing she was at the desk. The stairwell was well lit. The hallway was a stuffy but ok. The room was a bit musty and the dark brown carpet had some tears. The bathroom was clean and smelled better than the room… For the price, this room fell short.

The hotel is clean and functional. There are some upkeep issues. Overall reasonable value.

The whole building had a smell was a lot. There was a hole in the wall in the room, loose outlets, the carpet was damp, mold in the bathroom, WiFi didn’t work at all, plastic on the mattress, tv remote didn’t have a back in it, and breakfast was minimal. Pretty sure there were a couple people living there. The staff I interacted with were helpful.

It was in a great location near stores. The doorknob to the room was broken. I asked for a repair but no one came.

The outside wasn’t exactly inviting, but the people were very nice and the rooms were clean
Verified review

8/10 Very good

The room was clean and well supplied and the staff friendly and competent and the price is reasonable. However, there were a few people hanging around near the entrance, and that made me feel uncomfortable. If these people were employees on break or were waiting for transportation, they should stay inside or at another outside location.

This hotel has an excellent location right off the highway and walkable to many restaurants and businesses. The breakfast was a highlight; both hot and cold options. The staff were also lovely. The hotel condition itself is a little worn down and the room wasn’t super clean.

Could be great

It could be great with a little care and an overseer for housekeeping. Terrific location, excellent price, decent breakfast.

Torn carpet throughout including in room, wallpaper missing/torn, rusted lighted fixtures, everything just a bit "off". Staff was pleasant, I felt safe, heating worked.
