8/10 Very good

This is always been a great place to stay we had a good time we wanted to get in the pool and hot tub. But it was too cold not the hotels fault. But overall the staff was great I will always stay at this place when I go to a event down that way.

10/10 Exceptional

I was genuinely impressed by this property from the moment I arrived. The hotel is exceptionally clean throughout — rooms, common areas, all of it. My room was spacious and well-appointed, and everything you need is conveniently located and easy to access. The staff truly set this stay apart. Everyone I encountered was friendly, attentive, and professional without being overbearing. Service was quick and seamless — room service in particular was faster than I expected, which I always appreciate after a long day. One thing I especially noticed was how quiet the property is. If you’re looking for a comfortable, well-run hotel in the DFW area with great service and a clean, spacious room, this is it. I’ll definitely be back.
