Needs upgrading
The check in process was confusing, my card was charged 6 different times for 3 rooms and we weren’t allowed to change payments as we were told and pay cash. The hallway and the rooms smelled; I killed a huge roach going across the wall. The property looked desolate and unkept. It did not fit what I believed the Hampton In. & Suites to be at all.
