Staff was very helpful. Vesa went out of her way to help us with any questions we had. Location is just a few blocks from the train station. Air conditioning was a plus!!

All staff in all situations were fantastic, especially Sergei in the restaurant. Room was always clean with ample water refills. Location is very convenient to train station, ports for the lake and old town. Overall a great hotel choice

Steps from the train station and within easy walking distance to the lake front and key landmarks ans sites. Wonderful hospitality suite and small but nice fitness room. Connected to a restaurant/bar which stays open late. Rooms are spacious and well appointed. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was in a good location. It was overpriced for what the hotel offered.

My go to hotel in Lucerne. It's extremely close to the train station, the Chapel Bridge, and old town. The staff is friendly and the hotel is always well maintained. I wish breakfast was included or a more affordable price point if it's not, but otherwise it's a great spot.

6/10 Good

Great location and easy check-in process. The room was very warm and stuffy, even though the temperatures outside was cooler in the 50’s F. This made the sleeping condotions very uncomfortable.

8/10 Very good

Nice hotel. Room was very small with an odd layout. Bathroom was up 3 stairs from the foot of the bed. So weird. Otherwise, it was quiet, beds were comfy and the place is super clean.

Nice Property

Overall, a good place to stay. For the price, I expected a little more in terms of elegance and luxury, but I can't think of a single complaint. The front desk and all hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. The location was extremely convenient with the train station just being less than a 5 minute walk away.

Comments

Decor and furniture in less than typical price range of this room, but the room was clean. Heater did not work and needed portable heater. Breakfast at the restaurant was excellent as well as proximity to the train station

My room was next to the elevator and they wouldn’t give us a late checkout

Room was very clean, perfect location close to train station but the room size was small and tight.

4/10 Fair

Very small room at an expensive price, not great value for money spent. Breakfast buffet was just subpar with not many choices. The only upside was great location
Verified review

6/10 Good

The price is high for the actual room, it does not feel like a 5 star hotel. what you are paying for is the location.
