Hotel location is good, close to shops, lots of eating options and closecto the train station. Room was clean and daily room make up was fine but you have to request it on the door. It was good to have tea/coffee available at the reception at all time. Breakfast was very basic and same everyday.

The hotel is in a central location on the same block as bus transportation. The hotel also provided a Luzern visitor card, which included free local public transportation. Breakfast provided a good start for the day. The room was clean. It was also quiet at night, even though we had a balcony looking out onto the street. The street was busy during the day but became quiet at night.

Small reception/check in area. Cold water and coffee dispenser at the reception area. In the city center, easy to get around the area to walk and get uber/taxi and theres a bus stop nearby. Swiss breakfast free w/our stay, thank you! We're able to leave our luggages post check out and they have large storage at the back. The room is small but enough for us. No fridge if thats what youre looking. We're surprised there's an AC coz online it says no AC. A little bit pricey.

Clean room, bathroom door couldn’t fully open as so close to bed room small but fine for our one night stay. On 5th floor great views from small balcony..but could not see the lake as said in hotel info. Close enough to walk to lake promenade easily. Staff very friendly and helpful.
